PowerEdge™ Bonnell Support System

Bonnell coils are the most commonly-used support system in the industry with a proven record of performance. The springs are hourglass-shaped, which means their residence increases with load and are therefore best suited for firm mattresses. The PowerEdge Bonnell System is International Bedding’s proprietary technology designed for maximum durability, reliability and comfort. Firmer coils located around the perimeter of the mattress deliver additional support for a firmer seating edge. So regardless of mattress size, PowerEdge delivers the maximum sleeping surface. This tried and true foundation of support ensures total comfort for the life of the mattress.

Luraflex™ Support System

Our most advanced coil system available, International Bedding’s Luraflex coil design offers supple, conforming support. With greater sensitivity to body contours, it delivers balanced support from head to toe, so more support is rendered where it’s needed. And it provides exceptional contouring and cushioning to eliminate pressure points and hot spots. With enhanced, conforming support, Luraflex allows the sleeper to fully experience the benefit of the comfort layers for a truly exceptional night’s sleep.

Five-zoned Comfort

Many of our mattresses feature five strategically-located zones designed to deliver uniform support and deeply individualized comfort over the entire bed. By compensating for the normal distribution of body weight, proper spinal alignment can be achieved, resulting in a more rejuvenating night’s sleep. When used in combination with other comfort and support technologies, this 5-zone Comfort Layer approach produces a highly-responsive sleep experience. An example of this is in illustrated below in our Vertical Support System, where three different 5-zone layers are employed in concert to create the most advanced sleep system ever.

Visco Memory Foam

Advanced micro-cellular technology developed by NASA went into the creation of our visco memory foam. It gently molds and shapes itself to the body’s individual contours, while simultaneously promoting natural airflow through the material to maintain a cool sleep surface. Visco memory foam creates a bed with the perfect balance of comfort, circulation and support. That means you won’t wake up to pressure points that make you toss and turn throughout the night.

Vertical Support System (VSS)

All International Bedding mattresses are created with careful attention to detail using the principle of vertical support. This method of strategic design culminates in a higher level of comfort, conformability and meaningful support in every sleep set we deliver. With this method, each layer is placed in such a way that maximizes its performance and support characteristics and functions in harmony with the other layers. With a Vertical Support System, the whole is far greater than the sum of its parts.
