International Bedding Announces New Operations Management

International Bedding Growth Driving Staff Expansion

Ft. Lauderdale, Florida – August 10, 2009 – International Bedding Corporation, a top 10 U.S. mattress manufacturer, today announced the appointment of the following four key management personnel to their operations staff.  Bruce Miller joins the company as Vice President of Logistics and Continuous Improvement, Steve Greco as Operations Manager for their Texas plant, Jim Haynes as Operations Manager for their Hauppauge, New York facility, and Steve Boucher will work as Plant Manager for their Pennsylvania plant.

Bruce Miller has extensive experience in the bedding industry with both the Sealy and Simmons bedding companies.  He has held senior plant, regional and corporate positions in all areas of operations within those organizations.  Additionally, Bruce was the Chief Operating Officer for The Alan White Furniture Company. 

Steve Greco comes to International Bedding with seven years experience as Operations/Production Manager at the Simmons Dallas facility.  Prior assignments include Manufacturing Manager with Collins & Aikman and Business Unit Director with KForce.

Jim Haynes’ previous experience includes Plant Manager for the Simmons Company at their Charlotte facility.  Prior to joining Simmons, Haynes held assignments for IBM, Sonoco Products, JM Smucker and the Sigma Aldrich Company. 

Steve Boucher brings bedding experience that includes Plant Manager at Gold Bond Mattress Company and management positions at various Sealy plants.  Steve also worked as a Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager for The Alan White Furniture Company.
