Lenders Show Financial Support and Optimism for International Bedding

Ft Lauderdale, Florida – International Bedding is pleased to announce that on June 25, 2008, their Senior Lender Group agreed to extend the term of their loan agreement through December 2011. The extension also provides for additional cash borrowings under certain conditions and creates significant liquidity to meet near-term cash requirements.
